Safran Environmental Health operate a very busy Integrated Pest Management company across multiple locations. They work through their own branch offices and also via franchising in some areas. In order to stay at the top of their game, they require their technicians to be qualified and competent in all aspects of the industry. This means that they must have fully trained staff, with up to date training to comply with the industry standards that give them the edge over their competitors.
As part of Purean’s consultancy with Safran, we identified areas for improvement such as automation of workflow, and we began to develop their processes and procedures into a software platform. We also implemented a CPD scheme, for all staff, not only the technicians which resulted in higher staff retention, increased job satisfaction and greater team work.
